What type of post-launch support can we expect?

Is there an ongoing subscription or license fee?
No additional fees to access or use the platform. Fixed annual costs cover hosting, maintenance, and software renewals. No per-user charges. We keep ongoing costs transparent and predictable.
Is there a lock-in period?
No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. A $300 exit/admin fee applies for decommissioning. Hourly rates apply for backups or migration support. No refunds on prepaid amounts. .
Is Newism interested in pitching through an RFP/RFQ or tender process?
Yes! We welcome RFPs and RFQs, subject to reviewing project details. We previously won a competitive tender to develop thephn.com.au and have maintained a strong partnership for over five years.
Is hosting available?
Yes! We provide high-performance, secure, and Australian-based hosting. We can provide full technical specs and security details for your IT team. If self-hosting is required, the server must meet compatibility standards.
